Both of these beach front apartments are situated in a beautiful location in the region of Gold Beach which is a class 5 sim.
Both apartments come unfurnished, are modern, have a spacious room downstairs for all of your needs, and a large bedroom upstairs with a seperate room which has a built in bath tub.
Each apartment has a passworded door to ensure your security, also, the windows can be tinted on the inside and outside and can only be operated by people on the list which is on the panel situated just inside the door. Only I can add and remove people from this list.
Once payment for the apartment has been recieved your name/s will be added to the list, and you will also be given the code to lock and unlock the door to your apartment.
To rent this apartment it's L$1750 a week. Prim allowance is 350 per apartment.
Minimum rental period is 1 week.
The outside area has a bar, sunbeds and a pool for the tenants to share.
