Basic Information:

Like stepping into a secret garden... a forgotten landscape taken over
by ivy and rose thorns. If your looking for something different.. some
thing with a touch of magic, you could be calling this home today. Plots
spaced perfectly for privacy with land ownership options including but
not limited to light terraforming, music/media url, access lists, renaming
/redescibing parcel.The Forbidden Garden is a privately owned estate, which
means that you don't need a premium account with Linden Lab in order to
buy and own land here. You will however, be expected to make tier
payments to the Estate Owner. This sim is a private RESIDENTIAL estate.
No BUSINESSES or CLUBS or GUNS permitted on this island.

Sizes: 1600 sq. m. & 3200 sq. m.

Prim Alotment: 700 & 1400 Available Prims

Price: 1,000L per week (4,000L per month) & 2,000L per week (8,000L per Month)


The Forbidden Tree - (All full IM mystalia Milosz if you wish to be added to a waiting list)

Basic Information:

This lush landscape offers a wide spectrum ocean view and two rivers flowing on
each side of the plot from sparkling waterfalls bursting forth from a magnificant
tree which stands in the center of the this island cluster. If your looking for some-
thing a bit magical, offering the vision of beauty and nature, Ocean waters, Vast
sky and a rich landscape, you could be calling this home today. The Forbidden Tree
is a privately owned estate, which means that you don't need a premium account
with Linden Lab in order to buy and own land here. You will however, be expected
to make tier payments to the Estate Owner. This sim is a private RESIDENTIAL
estate. No BUSINESSES or CLUBS or GUNS permitted on this island.

Size: 14,192 sq. m.

Prim Alotment: 3,248 Available Prims

Price: 16,000L Monthly Tier (4,000 per week)

Tier Fees Apply at time of Purchase and at the end of each rental period.
Failure to pay tier fees after 2 warnings will result in loss of ownership. Tier
fees are subject to change at the sole discretion of Forbidden Estates
Owner. You will receive two warnings on 2 separate days. After this your land
will be reclaimed and put on hold. If you fail to contact us or pay the tier
fees owed within 24 hours, we will set the parcel for sale to recover tier
fees.


Rules & Regulations:

* In the 'About Land' window > media tab, check the box that reads 'Restrict
spatialized sound to this parcel'. This way your neighbours can lead a quiet
and serene life if they wish to do so.

* Please also check the radio button in the voice section that reads ' Use a
private spatial channel'. Forbidden is voice-enabled and checking that
button ensures that when you use voice on your parcel, the rest of the
region cant listen in on your personal conversations.

* When it comes to building your home use common sense and try to imagine
what your neighbours and other residents will feel like when they
have to look at or even live next to your building. If you think you will be
building in plywood for an extended period of time, consider using a
platform at 500m or higher untill your build is complete and then bring it
down to the land.

* Do not use 'privacy screens' or fences higher then 1.5m. Use light/full
bright/glow with moderation and preferrably, only when the object you use
it on is an obvious lightsource. Above 500m you can build any style of
structure you like within the confines of your property lines.

* Excessive use of particles, scripts or textures is prohibited.

* Mega prims or Huge prims are not allowed on Blooberry.

* You are allowed to join or subdivide your land.

*Respect your neighbors' property as you would want your own respected.

*No gambling apparatus of any kind.

*No camping apparatus

*No flying structures below 300m altitude

*No obstructive signs, billboards or rotating prims

*No spy scripts

* To preserve a consistent landscape, major terra forming is subject to
approval. Please ask us if you need help or would like to change something
drastically.

* No high lag scripts. Scripts with over 1 ms duration may be restricted if
they cause lag in this area.

Relocationg:

A charge of 3 days tier is paid on transferring land and tier box.

Concerns:

If for some reason you have a dispute with your neighbor, contact Mystalia
Milosz and I will try and find a solution. However, If you do feel the need to
involve me in your dispute, know that my decision will be final.



Liability:

Land is provided as is to residents. Our goal to provide a pleasant
experience that is in line with the expectations of our customers. However,
issues in Second Life that affect all residents are not within our control, and
we cannot be held liable for. We can not guarantee sim performance since
servers and software are owned and maintained by Linden Lab.

I do reserve the right to add to or change this covenant to include more
specified rules and regulations to help avoid disputes. Futhermore, what is
considered excessive, too loud, too big, too bright, etc. is completely at
my discretion. I reserve the right to add to or change this covenant to
reflect that any of these excesses I encounter will be prohibited from that
moment on. Should you not be unable to or unwilling to comply to these
changes, you will be offered a full refund on any PRE-PAID tierpayments.

All residents are responsible for ensuring that they comply with the Second
Life Terms Of Service.
