Franki Diesel is a freelancing estate Agent. We offer private Sims and parcels. Due to our free position, we do not own land ourselves, which gives us the opportunity to filter the best conditions for your needs from the bunch of offers we have.
We offer different purchase rates, that are connected to different tiers. So you get a Sim very cheap, and pay more tier, if you only need a sim for a period of time, e.g. to test a business.
Sims can be ordered as well, we can offer landscaping, build, and you can even choose the name of your new Sim, decide whether it shall be attached to other sims or stand alone.
We sell private islands in different sizes and different Primamounts.
We keep track of the market and find the unrealistic offers. We can also help you to find land on Sims, that are not connected with us, to prevent you from unreliable business practices.
We have some rentals available as well, mostly on Caribean and tropical sims.
Due to the ocean areas on our existing sims we can proudly say that we have the best land for watersports in SL.
