Entrainment is the intentional heart focus of energy generated to sustain positive interaction between beings. At our retreat that is manifested thru; meditation, intimacy, scuba, surfing, sky diving, jet skis, dancing, music and beautiful spaces. Entrainment is a place for relaxation and renewal.

We also offer a relaxed blues/rock venue featuring live performers and DJ's. Beachside Blues is a great place to hang out with friends.

The sim has great reefs and wrecks for diving, places for the adventerous to discover and quiet locations for intimacy.
