The most recent expansion was into real estate with the purchase of a full island sim May 15, 2010. The organization began with the idea of residential realty as the primary business structure, the ballroom as support to that primary, and clothing design as ancillary. However, due to drastic changes with the introduction of Linden Homes, the residential real estate market being too potentially unpredictable, the business model was adjusted.

*~s0c~* ENTERPRISES is the primary business support behind SL Merchant Guild and its Market Day, a non-profit SL group of supporting merchants in a community-based atmosphere offering monthly market weeks on different sims and weekly specials advertised in a direct live-feed HUD called HUDbert.
